fyeahhistorymajorheraldicbeast: My first meme….this really really bothers me actually.  He was very good looking and athletic, and he only became sickeningly huge toward the very end of his life.  Why do I have such a difficult time finding paintings of him that don’t portray him as the Pillsbury Dough Boy?He is my Historical Figure Crush so I get very bent out of shape about this… intrigued. IS THIS WHY THEY PICKED JONATHAN RHYS MEYERS?
